Arriving
for a meeting a few weeks back I expressed to the assembled colleagues
my concrn for the U.S. war crimes in progress around the world, to
which one member said, "Carl, that's just your opinion." It was a
dumbfounding moment as I wondered whether this person was unaware of
Yemen, Syria, Palestine and drone assassinations to name a few
involvements. Another member said something snarky like "live and let
live", so I left the meeting in bewilderment over the callous
ignorance.

Immigrants
and refugees are two different categories with different meanings. We
have noticed that the two tend to be conflated, which obscures the
discussion.
No one has explained what the U.S. intends to do
with the many children it kidnapped at the border with admitedly no
plan to reunite the children with parents. Will they be sold on the
world market? Used in human experiments? Mixed with grain as livestock
feed?
How many pairs of handcuffs would be required to charge the
Administration with wholesale kidnapping and human trafficking?
